What a wonderful week we’ve had! It was filled with fun activities, laughter, and so many people working together to make it extra special for our students.
I hope everyone enjoys a restful three-day weekend.
Thank you for being part of such a great week. We can't wait to see you all on Tuesday!
𝜗ৎ A fantastic Red Ribbon Week at Longden!
The whole week was filled with energy as we celebrated making a difference, being heroes, and making healthy choices. I don’t think I’ve ever seen so many students jump into the daily dress-up themes with such excitement!
Our counselors’ morning messages set a positive and encouraging tone each day, and it really showed in the smiles around campus.
A huge thank you to the San Gabriel Police Department for visiting us, greeting our students, and handing out stickers as part of their community outreach.
𓆩^._.^𓆪 Halloween Parade!
Thank you to everyone who came out to enjoy our Halloween Parade!
We originally planned to hold it on the lawn, but overnight rain left the grass too wet and slippery for our students.
Thanks to Mr. Javier, who created an alternate route on the blacktop, we were still able to enjoy a fun parade!
As always, our students and staff outdid themselves with their creativity and Halloween spirit.
A big thank-you to Jerry Jambazian for capturing the fun! Photos and video will be available shortly on his website,

🍭 Trick or Treat!
Thank you so much for your generous candy donations! It warms my heart to know that we can always count on your support. Because of you, our primary-grade students had a frightfully sweet morning as they went trick-or-treating through the upper-grade classrooms!
🕸 The fun continued in the library where the Halloween excitement was just getting started.
The entire school got to experience the library’s special walk-through Halloween maze. Students ventured through a winding path of tall, spooky bookshelves draped in giant spider webs, with creepy spiders lurking along the way. The lighting, creepy decorations, fun inflatables, and surprises transformed the library into an unforgettable Halloween adventure.
